Your First Visit
You will feel comfortable and at ease from the moment you enter OMTA Physical Therapy, based at 1827 Wehrli Road, Naperville, IL bringing top level manual therapy based physical therapy and rehabilitation to residents of Naperville, Aurora, Bolingbrook, Lisle, Woodridge, Wheaton, Warrenville and nearby communities of the Chicago suburbs since 2010.
For your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for your paperwork to be completed.

Once you appointment starts, you can expect the physical therapist to spend some time understanding and reviewing your medical history, checking any reports or test results you might have brought from your doctor, and then thoroughly evaluating your injury or condition.
You will be given a prescribed program of care that is customized to your unique circumstances.
You may also receive some manual therapy at that time or participate in learning certain prescribed exercises, so please wear loose-fitting comfortable clothing.
Bring with you a list of any prescribed or over-the-counter medications that you take regularly.

OMTA Physical Therapy accepts most major insurance providers. If you have questions to determine if the nature of your insurance coverage, please call our office at 630-637-1693.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 10 A.M. – 7 P.M.
Thursday: 10 A.M. - 2 P.M.
Friday: 10 A.M. – 6 P.M.
Saturday: 10 A.M. - 2 P.M.
Sunday: Closed
